I have filled in the Form D8: apply for a divorce or to dissolve a civil partnership today, on-line, paid and submitted the form online at GOV.UK
I think I may have made an error on the form
I've already submitted it and paid the fee!
What happens next please?
Will they return the D8 to me? Will I have to complete a brand new D8 or can it be amended?
Do I have to pay the full fee again if I have made a mistake?
Desperately worried. Please can anyone advise what happens in this scenario?
