Finance all agreed at mediation - does it really need to be £1000 for a Consent Order?

STBXH and I have agreed everything with a financial mediator (at quite an expense) and she is currently writing this up (more expense).
I can’t understand why I need to spend so much having a solicitor draft and submit a consent order when it’s all agreed. Is there a cheaper way?
We are almost at the end of our savings but I’d really like to finalise things asap.

I'm using an online solicitor to write the consent order - I fill in the template, they rubber stamp it

I'm looking at mediate uk
They do a standard mediation package with a simplish consent order for 999 pp

I used Mediate UK, and was very happy with their service

Mediate UK price seems the same as my local solicitor.
Do I really need to spend that much when I have the financial agreement written out by the mediator already?

Have a look at their website. Is initially signed up for a couple of mediation sessions I which we drew up a financial agreement. I then paid extra for their solicitor to draw up the consent order, I got the government voucher towards the mediation costs so it worked out well

I didn't know about the gov vouchers any more info...I'm about to go thro this
