Domestic abuse why i cant leave

Hi
Im really suffering and i cant do anything about the domestic abuse im going through.
I cant serve divorce papers until i leave and i cant leave until i have somewhere to go.
1 refuge wont take me ,my child and his dog.

1. Council wont help with emergency accommodation
2. Council wont let me bid for a council house as i “ am entitled to a share of the marital home “ …not enough to buy anywhere, despite the fact the court will have to order him to sell it, costing thousands of pounds and it will take many months once he is finally served ( see above )

4 . Benefits will stop when i get my share of the house .

1. I cant privately rent he has screwed my credit rating as all of the bills are in my name and he wont pay child maintenance / any bills.
2. So im stuck in an abusive relationship …

A few years ago there was a similar thread and a kind mumsnetter agreed to take the dog temporarily so the mum could leave safely. Perhaps if can say where you are someone on here could help?
