Advice on the best way to help my teenager

Id love to have a chat with anyone who can empathise, support, understand… i am a recently separated mum of three. My little ones are ok(ish) but my teenager is spiralling. Hes usually such a good kid, knows right from wrong, but things have changed since dad left!

So sorry to hear this. I am in the verge of divorcing my H but am petrified of what this will mean for the children and the affect on them. Mine are 13 & 15.

Can I ask, despite the issues with your children now, do you regret the split, was it the best for the children overall?

I'm separated with 2 teen dc. In what way is your dc spiralling? And what is his relationship like with his dad?

Ahhhh, I think it's change in general they struggle with. My teen has massively struggled with me getting back together with her father (been separated eight years). All I can say is talk a lot but strong boundaries.
