Simplified divorce Scotland-any Scottish solicitors out there?

I’m filing for divorce via the Scottish courts-simplified procedure and need part 3 witnesses by a Notary Public or Comissioner of Oaths. I live in England but we meet all the criteria for the simplified divorce (STBXH lives in Scotland and has done for over a year). My question is-can I use an English Comissioner of Oaths to witness my papers or must it be one based in Scotland?

After a long protracted divorce I was living France when we finally got to sign the divorce papers. My solicitor who negotiated the divorce was in Inverness but the papers were signed by a French Notaire.

@JaffaCakesMum thank you! Hopefully I can use one based in England to witness mine then. 😊
