Does non-molestation order and occupational order have any bearing on child custody?

Ex H is divorcing me.

As it happens, he also is applying for 50:50 custody, but our children are scared of him and even though they love him, they don't want to live with him. They only want to visits.

Social services are involved and separately to this an injunction and occupational order is being put in place any day now, for the duration of the divorce. It is SUCH a relief to feel my children are safe for a while, but I'm worried he will pursue the children more than ever now. I need to keep them safe.

Does anyone know if a non-molestation order and occupational order will have any bearing on the family court, or do they disregard the history of this?

If they're due to domestic abuse...which I assume they are, then of course they'll have a bearing. The children's wishes will also be taken into account, especially if they're older.

Thank you. It sounds obvious but I just wanted to check.
