Children and police

If interim arrangements are agreed as to how much time kids spend with each parent while children's act proceedings are happening, and the mother retains the children on the days they should be with father, will police give back father the child if he calls the police? Or do they not get involved and the father has to make an application?

Ime police aren't interested.. Unless a dc is at risk. My teen ran off to exh's once. Police did a welfare check but nothing else..

I agree police won’t do much in my experience

If you both have parental rights, and there’s no risk involved, and no criminality, there’s no role for the police to become involved.
