Non mol DVPO after Decree NISI fake alligations

Hi I need Urgent help

I am male vicitim of domestic violance
I reported her to police 3 times however they fail to arrest her or take her out of my house and she made one line fake allegation she is taken seriously and they took me out fo the house and DVPO and non mol done on the same day. if police can find a murderer they cant catch lying person who is lying all the time.

Got 3 young kids Applied for divorce from an Abusive wife in the month of April this year i don't know the legal process and dont have much money so done it myself and took me up to august to get a Decree nisi.
She started making fake allegations of violence so she can get legal aid and stop my access to kids and out of my family house.
Her lies are believed everywhere and she just made one call to police with fake allegation without any injury i have been taken out of my own house and stopped seeing my kids and non mol is in place

She blackmailed me i ended up paying her lots of money via bank transfer i have proof seems no one wants to help or listen.

if there any hope in this world for honest men and father or its all court and police are fake helping dangerous fake women only.

the bar for evidence proving DV to get Legal Aid is extremely high so if she’s getting LA, it’s because she has rock solid evidence from multiple sources

What's the alternative OP - the police disbelieve people reporting domestic violence because (to you) there's no evidence? Many assaults don't result in injury. If a DVPO was issued then it sounds like there was not enough evidence to proceed so you haven't been charged with anything.

It may well be a false allegation but they still have to take steps to protect those involved, and by telling you you can't go home you are also protected from her.

How did she blackmail you?

She put fake allegations in past I paid the amount she said in her bank account and reported it to police as blackmail they closed the case.
She is not getting Legal aid i think she is trying. There is no evidence in fact I have video and audio where she is being very aggressive with me and the kids. I reported her to the police 3 times and police fail to arrest her or charge her. Hence 3 complaint with police.

Yes due to her fake statement against me and was arrested but not charged as she is lying 100% however law and police is blind in this country don't listen to men its women can abuse the system for financial gain and harass men.
