Friends with XSIL x 3 - Is this unusual?

My two brothers have three ex wives between them. I was meeting one of them for a night out and my DS commented to his GF “yeah, my mum’s weirdly still friends with all her ex SIL”
None of the divorces were acrimonious but my brothers don’t really have contact with their exes as all DC are grown.
Is it unusual to remain friends?

It might be unusual, I don't know but what I do know is if you like someone, you like them! No matter who they are! If you get on well and there was no acrimony between them and your brothers and it's not hurting anyone or causing a problem, then continue to enjoy your friendship - set the example that it doesn't have to be weird! 🙂
