And I've not got anything ready. I'm a LIP and his solicitor has asked for my updated disclosure and everything else by Monday. Court is 2 weeks away. No idea what I need to send her!!! Any advice?

Probably updated payslips, bank statements and credit card statements. Good luck!

So look at all the stuff you've already disclosed, with form E, and replies to questionnaire. Then update it.

The order should set out exactly what is meant by updated disclosure, but essentially, it is just bringing everything up to date, so the Court is working on current figures.

Thanks for your help. I thought I had to submit a schedule of deficiencies based on his replies to the questionnaire but it doesn't say that on the order.

If replies are not complete, or they raise further questions, then we usually do a schedule of deficiencies/further Qs, ideally giving the other side time to reply before the next hearing. If they don't, then the judge can order replies.

If he hasn't answered questions, or there are dox missing, you should tell his solicitor now.
