Spouse moving overseas during divorce proceedings!

Started divorce proceedings begining of Sept and currently starting to sort finances. My husband bought a one way ticket to his home country. We have 3 kids together and starting to panic as he will be outside EU and potentially any court orders here will be hard to reinforce. Anyone went through a similar experience please?

What orders are you hoping for?

Financial order on how to split the house and child maintenance. He is high earner but not sure if I will be able reinforce any of it in his absence!

The house is fine if he is overseas. Ultimately the Court can force the transfer if he ignores.
