Hi guys exactly as above.
Due to C19 was stuck broad with ever changing restrictions.
Had gone on family holiday which ended in Husbands decision to stay permanently due to above and Redundancy in UK.
I decided due to living conditions and immigration I would return to UK
(with quarantine hotel requirements at that point £1750)
to close up everything with the intention of re joining him however in short period of 3 months he has cheated on me in what seems to be more of affair than a “one night stand” what ever thy counts for
Any way due to other contributing factors such as character issues and a change on dynamic of the marriage overseas
I want a divorce but he won’t file and leaving it all to me 
I have screenshots of messages between him and New woman as well as ticket with both Names and now today finally him admitting to his reasons of why he cheated
Please offer advice on how I can get the ball rolling and get my self out this shit show and gain full custody of infant daughter
