Hello all, Im looking for any help or advice really. DH, 2 kids, 20+yrs, 5 married. I know that he will refuse to leave the home and i would have to go down legal route unfortunately if i wish to stay. When we moved in his df bought the house and put his and dh on deeds. I am not on deeds. I have been told that if two names are on the deeds it is difficult to obtain an order. Anyone been in a similar situation? I am aware that it will be a nasty fight as dh is very similar in nature to his df, probably a little narcissistic (aka nasty), and I know I will need a solicitor. If legal aid is still a thing are the legal aid solicitors as experienced? There are lots of complications and abuse involved and I will need someone who can spot it a mile off as tbh my whole life has slowly been eroded by this relationship and Im only just seeing it.
