Hi all, I have just recently submitted my divorce petition and looking at starting the financial settlement process. I have found out however that my husband is about to move out of the country for a period of 6 months (maybe more?!). It might be a good thing in the sense that we won’t be under the same roof while all of this is going on but wondering if this will delay the process significantly, especially when it comes to any court hearings? Any thoughts or similar experiences?
