Book recommendations for early stages of seperation

Hi I have just read- get divorced be happy by Helen thorn. Great read. I am looking for some other recommendations for books to read as I go through seperation/ divorce. I am ok with the seperation he instigated it but know it's for the best I already feel lighter but with 2 children navigating the new relationship I have to have with stbxh is tricky . Any recommendations would be greatfully received. Looking for something not too heavy as life seems heavy enough at moment 😐

@Kittycat2019 I am thinking of getting that book Get divorced be happy....does it give useful tips?

A few tips but more is another person's experience . I found it uplifting and made me feel better to read about another situation not dissimilar to mine and to see how they've come out better the other side

Thank you, I might buy it as its all so overwhelming and a light book would be good, I'm also looking to get 'divorce journal' or someghing similar for DC for when they are told...

I am half way through it - its quite funny and I can identify with lots of what she writes.
