Has anyone got advice or know what will happen , my ex is a malicious liar and I was forced to go to csa to get money for his daughter, at first he lied about his earnings an I rang and they checked that was corrected, now he's lied about having her overnight 3 nights a week when he does not see her at all and my case is on hold for 14 days again, he also lied about taking me to court for her when he did nothing an solicitor said I had nothing to worry about anyway.. again no judgments on that please im not a mother that just kidnaps the child from the father
