Recommendations for solicitors for fixed price consent order

Hi can anyone recommend a good solicitors for fixed price consent order. Stbxh and I have agreed finances. Will be splitting House equity me buying him out
keeping 55% of equity and a lump sum gifted to me we used for deposit we are not touching each others pensions worth about the same. Me having kids 70 -30 percent of time

I used clean-break.co.uk - very good service, can’t remember how much it cost. Was a quick turnaround. Think i sent off in November and got back jan? Maybe, can’t remember, but it wasn’t that long and the wait was due to the court having a backlog.

We had some differences/imbalances - he owed £18k whereas I had some savings, but this didn’t seem to present a problem as we were in agreement.

I didn’t get any legal advice, nor did he, we did whole thing online.

@WendyYourExcellency, so pleased to stumble upon your post. Am also looking for a cost effective way of doing the clean break order.

Was the form filling particularly difficult? Do you need all the financial evidence if you're not claiming their pensions etc?

The Judge looking at the Order still needs to know the CETV for the pensions, even if they’re not being claimed against.

@LanesdownGutted form filling was totally straightforward. We didn’t send any evidence, just agreed between us the amounts were representative.

Re pensions, I estimated cash value from my latest statement. Mine was low. He didn’t have any pension. We didn’t own anything jointly, very luckily. Good luck with your application. When it arrives and you know you’re smooth sailing the rest of the way, it’s marvellous.
