On phone to cms (takes an hour to get through 🤣 don’t know if anyone knows or can advise if In a consent financial remedy order the primary parent is paying the mortgage would that affect the CMS (child maintenance service) paying parent as in would this affect an increase in payment? I’m not sure i heard of variation orders for CMS but I thought it may have only applied to a paying parent if they were paying mortgage payment it would decrease the child maintenance I’m wondering does it work the other way around?
