Child maintenance when he’s self employed & won’t pay enouhh

Can anyone advise on how to work out child maintenance when you know he earns a huge salary but as he’s self employed he’s clever with his ‘admin’!!

CMS and get an investigation of concealed income. It's slow and often pointless. Essentially, self employed non resident parents can game the system if they choose to.

I didnt get a penny. We was very clever with money and some how managed to hide most of it. It sucks and its shit.

I got the basic minimum from his benefits. This was despite the fact that I gave them the bank account details that he hot paid by customers into, the lock up where he stored his equipment, and the names of some of the places he subcontracted for. Neither HMRC, DWP or CMS did a thing about him illegally claiming disability benefits and working full time as a self employed contractor.

Sorry to say you have no chance.
