Has any one saved there marriage

I'm in a really bad place. I've been with my hubby 18 years 7 married. We have both made mistakes. I've been very honest I had an affair.

I've been with him since I was 16 and spent years putting up with his shit. I messed up and last year and had an affair. I know I'm awful and this was after trying to talk to him about stuff.

I still love my hubby we get along really well. I'm just not sure if we have got lost on the way.

Can we repair this.
Has any body had similar stories that have worked out.

We don't hate each other still live together have two young children. Just only thing that is different is we're not intimate at the min.

Well the first question I would ask you is what “shit” have you been putting up with?

He just constantly text other women worse when we were younger.

When I was pregnant four years ago I found a text in his phone to another women saying miss you.

He's said it was nothing.

I told him about affair and he took it ok which makes me think he's never been fully honest with me.

I'm lost and very scared

I'm having counselling I suffer bad with anxiety and ocd which is making every thing worse

My parents stayed together after infidelity. It was awful for ages but then it got better. She'd been with him since they were teenagers too so probably felt too scared to start again. It doesn't sound like he treats you very well. Are you sure you want to work it out?

I don't know I'm so broken and lost and scared. I feel like giving it one last go so we know. But I'm just not sure
