My ex had just filed to court for child arrangements and I'm now told cafcass will be in touch to speak to me and to him and to our DD's.
There is no abuse to speak of which I imagine would mean the case isn't a priority? (We have can't agree on the amounts of time the kids have with each) Does anyone have experience of this? I'm obviously finding it all incredibly stressful and the lack of timescale makes it worse.
We tried mediation but it didn't work, and he has now filed for court-is there nothing in between those two points we can attempt to avoid court?
