Does anyone know where to get electronic version of form E?

Helping my sister, her solicitor just said late today they dont have time (hearing is soon). She filled in form e on paper for previous solicitor but now she really needs to type it up electronically the weekend to email alternative solicitor.

I was hoping for an editable version. Presumably I need to do pdf to word conversion?

Thanks Polly we wrote out the forms as that was easiest and quickest way for both of to work on the forms as the had to be in to previous solicitor quickly. They’d be easier for other solicitors to read typed up now there’s an extra weekend before she can send them to some others to try and get representation.
