Hello, If your DH has been secretive about all financial details for many years and has now decided that a separation is the best move for him what is your best course of action to get clear full financial disclosure? Is the only option to file for divorce and issue a Form E to DH?
By secretive I mean no account information, no pension information etc, money was just put in a spending account for housekeeping etc.....
How much roughly should a lawyer be charging to initiate these kids of actions?
