We petitioned in Oct 2019 (we're not battling it out; gone through Mediation). We had Decree Nisi in April 2020 and sorted the pensions after. It took til October for judge to query rather than pass it, so we retweaked the order (it was slightly steeped my STBX's favour), and this new order was sent in December 2020. The judge got it a month later on 28 Jan 2021, I've just learned.
Does anyone know how long it could take to get a second answer? Are Bury St Edmunds courts still taking 20 weeks to process Orders do you know? Any experience? Thanks in advance
