I have a feeling my STBEXH will delay a sale of our home to be an ass. How much time can I give him before going to court? I understand we will have to do mediation first. I think he might not sign the estate agent contract. He is currently unemployed, and a nuclear option would be to move out and stop paying the mortgage so all the burden falls on him and this may encourage him to sell. But don't want to go down that route bc of credit rating etc.
I really want out of this relationship and want him to act but he's lazy and also vindictive.
I also have him on camera threatening me that things will get "nasty" and "worse" for me and he knows I'm recording. I was considering a non molestation order.
