So I address lies in form E in my statement?

Currently putting together my statement, and will be discussing with my solicitor, but, as a rule of thumb, do I just concentrate on my own situation or should I make reference to some nonsense in my ex's form E? Like fictional and inaccurate house valuations?

Have you already seen his form e? I thought they were supposed to be submitted at the same time

I have the same query, form E full of inaccuracies like yours and am wondering how much of this to challenge.

Yes form E exchanged, statements to be exchanged in a week. I've been advised to keep it brief. That's going to be hard!

Good luck. I'm in the same quandary. I think I'm just going to have to let some of the lies go, it's not worth it, I'll focus on the big ones.

I've just had some advice from mine - we each compiled our list of queries about his Form E (dis)information, and yes fictional/inaccurate house value is on there.

I was surprised at the level of detail of some of the questions she is suggesting I raise. But it makes sense as otherwise I'm letting these things pass and they're just not true. There is important stuff missing, and a general attempt to skew facts. So I'm challenging it.
Good luck :)
