Non-molestation order for emotional abuse?

Does anyone know if you can get a non molestation order for emotional / verbal abuse?

My ex has just screamed at my face (2 inches away) while the children watched. It's not the first time. We are separated, mid divorce / mediation, and cohabiting.

Yes as far as I'm aware you can yes. I think the more evidence you have then the stronger a case you have for getting one without the other party knowing until they are served with the document.

This link might be useful rightsofwomen.org.uk/get-information/violence-against-women-and-international-law/domestic-violence-injunctions/#What%20is%20domestic%20violence

You might want to add an occupation order to the non mol application (same form).

Also, include the impact his behavior is having on the children in the application.

Document everything with dates / times.

Upload screenshots of any messages (full conversation) you might have to the cloud / Google photos.
