When they ignore court deadlines

Well I should not be surprised, but my STBEX is late with court deadline for swapping form E info.

Does it have any effect on how the first court hearing might treat him? He's messed about all the way along, hence having to issue Form A in the first place. I suspect the answer is "no" but I did wonder!

Well the judge is not going to be very impressed, is (S)he? He'll get ordered to submit by a certain date.
