Divorce application - financial order for just myself or also children?

I'm filing the divorce application myself and just wanted to check about the financial order for myself and for the children? Should I tick both?
STBXH and I haven't worked out the financials yet so I assume I should tick both to cover myself for the future agreement?

Thanks. STBX wants 50:50 but we've yet to see how it will all work out
