CMS calculation - are car and health benefits included?

Hi, Ive left my abusive ex and trying to work out CMS payments. My solicitor says its only his salary but I am sure it included all the benefits he has like car and medical insurance...he has £10k extra worth of benefits. The CMS are rubbish and haven't contacted him yet, its been 6 weeks since I applied and gave them his new address. Any ideas? I can't find anything official online to show to the solicitor but am sure I read somewhere it included the non cash benefits too. Anyone know? Thanks,

I think it's only included as income if its on his pay slip - eg if he gets a paid car allowance in the monthly salary.

If the company directly pay his health insurance or a car i dont think that counts in income assessment

Alas your solicitor is right, at least I think so, although the main guidance could certainly be clearer on such points:
assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/672432/how-we-work-out-child-maintenance.pdf
