I have a non molestation order on my ex, I'm currently pregnant.
During the beginning of the relationship I was on some very heavy medication(help me sleep) we would have sex and I would fall asleep. He would still be having sex with me when I woke up. I told him no once when I was awake and that went the same way.
The police are aware I have not pressed charges yet(there is so much going on and I feel moving is my priority)also have womens aid who have helped me so much. I have locks changed, alarms on my windows and my own personal alarm.
He is not going on the birth certificate, I am currently in the process of finding somewhere else to live. I am petrified of what is going to happen if he is allowed to breathe near my son. He is extremely cunning and manipulative.
Does anyone have any advice or what to do? I obviously do not want the child anywhere near him. Will the court see him as a risk or social services?
