My exH and I have agreed between us, a change to the way we want to pay / receive maintenancep under a Consent Order from 2014 ( we are shortening the term but the amount is the same).
There is no dispute between us about what is going to happen . He wants to use a notary public to draw up a legal agreement between us to reflect the change and I am not sure if this will be enforceable if he does not pay. Can anyone help ?
