So, we may have come to a financial agreement, to be confirmed Wednesday.

I'm in a rental, due to leave end of July.

I want to buy a house and ideally move into it at the end of July.

For this to happen - he needs to get a new additional mortgage agreed and signed, get the transfer so I'm off the current mortgage and consent order signed.

What's the chances this could happen in time for me to put an offer on and then complete on a house?

Or do I need to find a 6 month rental again?

He refuses to let me move back in for a couple of months

But

This depends on the person his is but general.

I would say rent for another 6 months will reduce your stress. House exchange take around 12 weeks and that a straight forward one

Yes, and my ex husband isn't the fastest moving with getting paperwork sorted

Sorry renting for 6 more months sounds like the best thing. Taking care of your self and managing your stress is really important. Xx
