Want some advise. I recently applied for a consent order. I went through a solicitor and solicitor submitted it. My ex wife did not go through a solicitor. She said she ask a private solicitor to look at the consent order but it was done privately and they didn't want to put the name of solicitor on the consent order. Ex still hasnt seen a solicitor. If she confirms she is happy with the consent order and she has had legal advise without giving a name and happy to proceed without a solicitor will the judge push it back?
