Hi, my decree nisi is due to be pronounced this week and I'm the petitioner. My stbxh has another ex wife he is desperate I don't contact. I want to contact her regarding her experience of his abuse and to answer any questions she has about his abuse of me. I feel like this will help me heal from it. Anyway, if I contact her between nisi and absolute he can't stop it can he? It's an online uncomplicated divorce on paper

Why would he know you contacted her? It's not like either of you have to tell him.

Why its not in her interest

Contact her if it makes you feel better and no he can't stop you, don't let him control you. You can talk to who you want. If he gets nasty, collet evidence if there is any and apply for a non mol.
