Hoping somebody can help. I have 3DC one with complex needs hence why I need to stay in the family home. I have been to see the bank and unfortunately I am not in a position to buy out STBXH. I am in Scotland and wondering if there is any equivalent to a Mesher Order in Scots law that would allow me to stay until the children left school? Any help appreciated
