I had posted previously re pensions and husband putting amount into my account each month. I pay for everything-the amount he transfers is not enough. He was in bad credit at start of marriage and now has a great credit score. I am in debt. The mortgage and rates are in my name only. The deeds have both our names. Will this work in my favour re getting the house? (want as it is my kids home) thanks

No doesn’t matter that it’s just your name it’s a marital asset
It will depend on what a fair split is deemed to be, affordability and earnings etc as to whether you can keep it
