I got divorced earlier this year and opted not to do the form e as I know ex h financials roughtly. My solicitor said I have to sign a waiver and that a consent order be put in place when the house sells and to split 60/40. She quoted £1k to £1,200 for the order ....does that sound right? Also instead of a 60/40 split could I ask for figure? Thanks in advance
