Previous lawyer finished financial settlement but as there was no real consideration of my son’s ongoing needs I don’t want her to manage parenting plan. I am so stressed about this. My son doesn’t even pee when he is with dad and dad loves him but does not meet his needs fully or my daughters. Any recommendations please? What are my rights if any?
