Can my stbxw take our house off the market ?

So we’re still living together a year after separation and we’ve accepted an offer on the house but as we can’t agree a finacial split she is taking the house off the market tomorrow,can she do this against my wishes?

If you haven’t agreed finances and there’s no consent order I imagine she can

You’ll need a court order, it’s a long process and expensive.

Is there much in expectations?

Im a conveyancer - If there’s no court order then yes. Your solicitor wouldn’t exchange without the split of funds being agreed (we are not allowed to at my firm) unless it was to go to a matrimonial solicitor.
