I originally filed for divorce based on unreasonable behaviour but after discussing things over the last few months with my wife, I'm considering changing this to a divorce by 2 years separation to make things less acrimonious.
We both agree on the date of separation and are already living completely separate lives.
What kind of things should I be prepared to prove to a court to show them that we are in fact living separately? I've already ensured that we are living completely separately (e.g. separate domestic and financial arrangements) but I'm interested in how I go about proving this to a court and how stringent those checks are.
My solicitor has told me it's easier to pursue a divorce separation whilst living apart but that it is possible to do it whilst living together.
