So I’m a bit concerned. Paid over the phone via a number they told me I had to ring. This was 2nd June which was my cut of day to pay. Paid it. Not heard anything from them until I phoned them the other day to see what was happening and they said they have no record of my payment. I’ve had to email them with a snap shot from my bank account showing I have paid. I’m slightly nervous as to what is going to happen...
