Schedule of assets help

So today I received details of my ex schedule of assets where his salary is listed as 50K but his contract says he's on over 100K how is this addressed.

Also my ex has not given his pension details until to day for a court hearing next Thursday, only one of the pension has been verified by the pension company but they have still been listed without proof isn't this worthless. This is a man who told me his pension were worth 20K and already they have been listed as over 300k

Is this the FDA or FDR or Final Hearing?

They are worthless without proof. There needs to be a statement or letter from the pension company stating exactly what his pension is worth right now.

I would query that. Say how can his assets be listed without being verified? It sounds like him and his solicitor are pulling a bit of a fast one here only getting one verified and probably writing random low amounts for the others.

Query the salary as well. It may be that his salary is 50k but he gets bonuses and commission which aren't guaranteed to give on OTE of 100k. It just sounds again like pulling a fast one
