Ex’s idea of co-parenting

How do you cope with an ex who thinks he’s co-parenting is actually parallel parenting?

You may need to give us more to work with than that - what, exactly, is he doing? And what would you like to be different?

depends -- a result of conflict or a result of mental health issues, or something else?

He makes decisions without consulting me, when they are supposed with he wants minimal contact with them.
