What questions for 30 mins with solicitor?

I have a 30 min appointment with a solicitor on Tuesday. What questions do I need ask. Obviously time is precious so want to get the most from it.

The background is Ex H left me just over a month ago and it was all pretty amicable except he wants me to sell the house ASAP so he can get his money out. I don't have a job yet and no way to get a mortgage or pay rent for myself.

Get all your financial information listed house value, savings, debt, pensions, income etc so you get an idea if the split he is suggesting for the house is fair.
