Hi everyone.
We are in a very hard situation in that my partners ex has taken all of his children overseas to live. There was an agreement they would come home for a visit-but it has been 4 years & she hasn’t allowed this.
She receives benefits and a lot of child support from my partner. Which of course he pays without any complaint whatsoever.
But it keeps going up & up to the point where he may not be able to visit them this year.
My question is what are the rules regarding UK benefits & overseas child support payments?
