My husband has left country and stopped paying maintenance and mortgage

He’s gone to spain.

He’s refusing to communicate. I feel frightened as I don’t have enough money.

Does anybody have any advice for me. The CSA say there is nothing they can do as he’s in Spain. The CAB haven’t responded.

Does anybody know of a way to get free legal advice.

I want to divorce with some sort of agreement in place.

I would be so grateful for any help or advice.

Spain is covered under REMO.
