Hi looking for some advice or anyone who has been through a similar situation.
Its been a year since i left my childs father and i stopped him seeing them due to his addiction and regular imprisonment as i dont see him fit or good influence on them. I have basically brought my children yp alone with the help of my family. I suggested a weekly contact centre visit and regular drug test which he has refused. He is now trying for overnight stays which i am totally against for my childrens safety. Has anyone else been through a similar situation that could tell me how things go and whats the chances of him getting his way? Thanks
