When your daughter has a court order against their ex saying stay away for violence a year ago then they abduct their daughter - not good - police can't do anything as he is on birth certificate- the said isn't looking after granddaughter because he works - schooling and friends thrown out the window and social don't want to know - what has this country come to? Yes she is apparently safe so it's ok for mums and dads to steal their daughter / son in infinity ...

Why has your daughter not applied for a child arrangements order through the courts? Especially in light of domestic violence.
