6 weeks and 1 day (it's been a long slog)

Today's the day..
It seems to have taken forever, particularly with Christmas thrown in the mix.
Just waiting on the consent order coming back and then I'll be at that postbox raring to go.

Bradford courts have taken bloody ages during every step of this process. Apparently, they are now 'only' 3 weeks behind, so I'm probably not going to get the consent order for another couple of weeks. Hey ho..

Can anyone tell me how long after applying for 'Absolute' did it take to come back?

I sent my via email at 630am on my 6week 1 day.... email received at 1640 with my absolute...so 9hrs.... xx

Sent first class 1 day before the 6 weeks and 1 day so it’d arrive ON the day, then went through later that same day.

Its the nisi and financials that take time, the absolute is the click of a button on the computer

Wow! So super quick! That's really reassuring.
Here's hoping for a February Divorce partaay...

The backlogs are a nightmare. I did mine online and it took over a month just to process the application. 😩
